1. Information Collection & Sharing

Personal Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This is used for account management and syncing your library.

Device and Other IDs: We collect and share device-specific identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID). These are shared with third-party advertising partners (AppLovin) to provide personalized ads and for analytics purposes.

AI Data (Gemini): When you use the "AI Summary" feature, relevant text from your PDF is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the summary. This data is processed according to Google's AI privacy standards.

2. Third-Party Services

Your data may be processed by these partners:

• Google Firebase: Analytics, authentication, and crash reporting.
• AppLovin: Advertising and monetization (uses Device IDs).
• Google Gemini (Generative AI): To provide document summaries.
• ML Kit: For on-device text and barcode recognition.

3. Data Deletion & Retention

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Profile" screen in the app. This will permanently remove your email, synced library metadata, and preferences from our servers.

Web Request: If you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by emailing info@bizzsols.com. We process these requests within 7 business days.

4. Permissions

• Storage/Media: Required to open, create, and save PDF files.
• Internet: Required for AI features, syncing, and ads.
• AD_ID Permission: Required to provide relevant advertising content.
